Another tricky Thimble Islands project — we opened the roof, installed 14” LVL ridge beams, and then added a cupola to this cottage to function as a ventilation chute to keep cool in the summer.

We installed Andersen 400 series windows with remote operated window openers so the windows can be opened and closed from downstairs!
